WHERE’S MY ORDER?
Once you have placed your order online and it is confirmed you will receive an email with all the necessary information. If your order is placed before 1pm it will be dispatched on the same day, any orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. On selected days we do a have a slight window for error; so encase of a last minute order/amend feel free to contact us directly and we can try our best to cater for you. Any orders £100 or more is free delivery excluding international orders. Our delivery timescales are as followed;

If you haven’t received your order within three working days, please contact us via email on [email protected] and we will help to locate.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address- it’s difficult for us to rectify any mistakes once the item has been dispatched, so please take time when inputting your details.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING??
– Items can be returned within 14 days of the receipt of your delivery.
– You will need to contact us via email to [email protected] to get your individual returns number. This will then need to be clearly stated on the email ‘Why?’ you are returning what you have purchased.
– If any labels have been removed, we have a strict no returns or refund policy.
– Any orders over £100 receive a free returns label.
– Anything under has to be paid for by the individual at a cost of £5 and you can use the DPD website to locate your nearest drop off service. (www.dpd.co.uk)
– The exception of this is in the unlikely event that our goods are faulty or the order is wrong on our part we will of course provide a complementary returns label.
– The returns address will be displayed as a bar code for security issues so don’t feel threatened that your parcel wont be returned to us.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
We take a lot of pride in our products, and with our very precise quality check process this isn’t something that tends to happen, however in the unlikely circumstance that it does, please email us via [email protected] with your order number, description of fault and clear photo and we will get back to you as soon as we can to rectify any mistakes made.
I’M MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
We are extremely apologetic if you have an item missing from your order, please contact us via email to [email protected] or contact us by telephone on 01706 310001 with your order number and the name of the missing item and we’ll resolve the issue for you straight away.
HOW DO I CONTACT YOUR PRESS AND MEDIA REALATIONS TEAM?

CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOU’RE GETTING AN ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
It is very rare that something would be out of stock however it might be that something may get discontinued. However there is no harm in contacting us because if we have enough of the fabric you desire left to make your garment we can do. You can contact us with such a request via email to [email protected]
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SIZE GUIDE AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
We would never want you to receive your products and for them to not fit properly so please take time to look at our size guides online. Our current range of suits is classed as a more slimmer fit so if you like a looser style then maybe select the next size up. Care instructions are detailed in the product information section and also on the labels on the inside of your new cloths.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
As soon as we’ve completed your return, we will email you to let you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. Any refund will automatically be issued back on to the original method of payment; this can typically take up to 5 working days depending on the payment method issuer. If you’ve sent a return and not heard anything from our selves then please contact us ASAP via email on [email protected], however please wait until it has been five working days.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER??
Please contact us straight away with any amendments or cancelations via email to [email protected] or contact us by telephone on 01706 310001. If the order hasn’t been dispatched we will cancel the order free of charge and update your account. If the order has been dispatched you will have to follow the returns procedure by emailing us for a returns number.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS?
